Technostress is defined as the stress people experience when using Digital Technologies. Six key areas of work design will be considered: demands, Control, Support, Relationships, Role, and Change. The course is designed to encourage participants to explore possibilities for integrating technostress mitigation initiatives into their business strategy, supporting them with theoretical and practical understanding to apply them.
